PETALING JAYA: The reintroduction of “kiddie packs” for cigarettes will be detrimental to social smokers and children, said Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye.
The Malaysia Crime Prevention Foundation senior vice-chairman said these packs were designed to be attractive to “low-consumption smokers, such as casual or social smokers, women and children”.
