Cancer benefit dinner for Dawn Premo set for May 18

CASS LAKE — A cancer benefit dinner for Dawn Premo will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, at the Pike Bay Town Hall, 15514 MN-371.

The benefit will include a silent auction, bake sale, fry bread tacos and an ice cream social.

The "Love for Dawn Premo" benefit is being held to help defray medical costs for Premo due to her diagnosis of stage two lung cancer. She is being treated at Joe Lueken Cancer Center with chemo, radiation and immunotherapy, a release said.
